Home(less) Project Announced by On-Ride Entertainment & Up The Walls Productions

Sicklerville, NJ, December 23, 2015:  On-Ride Entertainment, LLC. and Up The Walls Productions, LLC. announce that pre-production has commenced on their first joint film project, Home(less). Home(less) is a drama short that is already well into Pre-Production and will start filming just before 2015 ends. Home(less) is written and directed by Up The Walls Productions owner, David Walls. The film is being produced by Everett Burgan while cinematography will be handled by Robert Bittle.

Synopsis: Home(less) is the story of Ben, a gay seventeen year old, on the verge of aging-out of foster care. He has been in nine foster homes and three group homes over the past 11 years. Becoming accustomed to conditional love, Ben has lost hope in finding a forever family. He struggles with establishing a relationship with his boyfriend and finding his older sister who has been lost to same fate.

The project is fully funded and is expected to begin filming on December 30, 2015 in the Greater Philadelphia area. Josh Starkey has been cast as Ben. Joining Josh in supporting roles will be Noel Roberts as Karen, Jeffrey Harrison as Mark, Lynne Bell, Riggsby Lane, Zach Savage, Jonathan Simmons, Tyreese Liverpool and Kristine Mallet.

Post-Production will begin immediately after filming in Winter 2016 for a mid-2016 release. Distribution has not yet been finalized for the film as it may be entered into film festivals. Information will be updated on this site as it becomes available.
